Senior Business Controller - Your role

As Senior Business Controller, you will act as a true finance business partner, supporting management and operational teams with insightful analysis and forward-looking financial steering.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing core financial cycles: monthly closings, quarterly reporting and annual consolidation
• Playing an active role in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring reliable and actionable financial projections
• Analyzing financial results and variances, identifying performance drivers, risks and opportunities
• Translating numbers into clear insights for operational and commercial stakeholders
• Contributing to finance transformation projects, including:
• SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Continuous improvement of ANAPLAN planning models
• Actively helping shape the future controlling governance and processes of the group

Senior Business Controller - Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience in controlling or financial management
• Strong business-oriented mindset, comfortable interacting with non-finance stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a strong asset)
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
